Throughout this 2-hour workshop, participants will engage in case discussions, scenario-based activities, and personal reflection exercises designed to enhance their ability to identify and address ethical dilemmas in their own doctoral projects. Special emphasis will be placed on ethical challenges unique to management and organizational research, including issues of power dynamics, data management, and integrity in research practice. By the end of the workshop, participants will have developed a clear ethical framework for their research, gained practical tools for responsible data handling, and created an individual action plan to ensure the highest ethical standards in their PhD work.
